III. Department of Electronics
Among the fastest expanding fields in electrical engineering definitely is Electronics. Today it's is difficult to find a product or device without an electronic component ranging from simple micro-controllers in any everyday product to highly complex data acquisition systems, digital signal processing, controlling and management functions in modern transportation systems, buildings, etc.
The Electronics department is active in the following fields: Electronic components, design of electronic circuit, systems and devices, design and use of microprocessor systems, design of digital and analog integrated circuits in the latest micro and nano technology, sensors and micro-sensor structures, photo-voltaic and optoelectronic structures.
The department is also responsible for the Electronics curriculum of the Faculty. Students will find a pleasant working environment, interesting lectures and state-of-the-art lab equipment for hands on experiments and applications.
