The study of Electronics familiarises students with this versatile branch of electrical engineering and educates them to the level where they can continue developing electronics autonomously and authoritatively, thus creating new knowledge, technologies and devices. The main focus of the study of Electronics is modern electronic components and materials, the design and implementation of electronic circuits, systems and devices, the construction and application of microprocessor systems, the design of digital and analogue integrated circuits in cutting-edge microtechnologies and nanotechnologies, as well as on sensors and microsensor structures, solar cells and optoelectronic structures.
